Andre Pepler
After obtaining the degrees B.Comm (in 1986) and LLB in 1988 at the University of Port Elizabeth, Andre was admitted as an Attorney in 1991. He joined the Minde Schapiro Smith professional team in that same year and specializes in Commercial and Contract Law, Insolvency Law and Corporate Litigation, both in the High Court and the Magistrate’s Court. Andre is an ex-Chairman of the Tygerberg Attorneys Association and is still a serving the Taxation and High Court committees of the Cape Law Society. He contributes to the community by serving in a pro bono capacity as Commissioner of the Small Claims Court.
