Rick o' Kennedy

After obtaining the degrees B.Comm (in 2000) and LLB in 2002 from the University of Stellenbosch, Rick joined Minde Schapiro and Smith in 2003 as a Candidate Attorney. He was admitted as an Attorney and a Notary Public in 2005 and practices in the areas of Corporate Recoveries and Commercial Litigation, both in the Magistrate’s Court and the High Court. He was elected to the Committee of the Tygerberg Attorneys Association in 2005 and is presently the Chairperson of this committee. Rick also serves on the High Court Committee of the Cape Law Society.
