Rosalie Smit

Rosalie graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2000 after obtaining degrees in B.Comm (in 1998) and LLB. She commenced her career with Minde Schapiro and Smith in 2001 as Candidate Attorney and continued with the firm as part of the professional team after being admitted as an Attorney in 2003 and as Notary Public in 2006. Rosalie specializes in Family Law, Foreclosures, High Court litigation and Magistrate’s Court litigation. Rosalie also serves as a Commissioner for the Small Claims court as part of her pro bono service to the community.
