Samantha obtained the B.Proc degree from the University of the Western Cape in 1993 and was admitted as an Attorney in 1996. Samantha joined Minde Schapiro and Smith’s professional team as a partner in 2004. She specializes in Family Law, Criminal Law, Corporate Recoveries and Magistrate’s Court and High Court Litigation. Samantha served on the Tygerberg Attorneys’ Association from 1998 to 2004 and acted as chairperson of this association for a year during that time. Samantha presently serves on the Cape Law Society’s Ethics and Criminal Law Committees and also sits as Commissioner of the Small Claims Court, which duties she fulfils as her pro bono contribution to the community.
