OUR WORKING PHILOSOPHY

A hands-on approach
During our decades of doing business, we have forged important and lasting client relationships – many going back decades. These clients, including some of South Africa’s top financial institutions, value our hands-on approach and complete professionalism. While our organisation has grown in size over the years, we have always maintained the personal touch. Each department receives the care and attention of a company director – every one a senior legal expert in their field.

Ethically interpreting the law
Our firm has always been deeply committed to the service and ethics of the legal profession. This is most evident from the large participation by our professional staff in various Law Society Committees. Ever aware of our evolving society, and the new legislation associated with it, we continue to provide legal assistance to our private and corporate clients through competence, diligence and experience.

Giving back
We are deeply committed to serving the wider community in our legal capacity and, to this end, we generously contribute (and previously contributed)  pro bono time in various organisations:

Conveyancing Taxation Committee of the Cape Law Society
Property Law Committee of the Cape Law Society
Specialised Committee of the Cape Law Society Magistrate’s Committee
Master’s Office
Small Claims Court for the area of Tyger Valley

Our attorneys’ current and previous involvement includes:
